Apartment 11 Productions Wins 2 Youth Media Alliance Awards of Excellence

Apartment 11 Productions was honoured at last night’s Youth Media Alliance Gala with two wins in the Best Program, Live Action Non-Scripted category.

Raven’s Quest (TVOkids), a series featuring first-person stories told by Indigenous children from across Canada, won an Award of Excellence for Best Program, Live Action Non-Scripted for Ages 6-9.

Meanwhile, The Mystery Files 2 (TVOkids), an educational program that connects clues revealing surprising facts about the past and how it connects to who we are and how we live now, also won for Best Program, Live Action Non-Scripted for Ages 9+.

The 2019 English-language Awards of Excellence Gala was held in Toronto on Tuesday, May 29, at the CBC’s Glenn-Gould Studio. Over the years, the gala has come to be a true celebration of the talent and creativity of Canada’s English-speaking youth television and digital content professionals.
